What you'll get from our 1-1 PT Sessions

Initial Consultation

Every journey starts with getting to know you and your fitness goals. You'll kick off your adventure with a 30 - 60 minute remote call or in person chat. We want to find out exactly what you want to achieve so we can get started with making a plan to suit your life.

Getting your plan together

We'll sit down and make an initial plan for your first four weeks. This covers your weekly training plan and nutrition plan to sit alongside it.

These are structured around your goals and everything we learnt about your goals from our initial chat.

Accountability & my undivided attention

Over the four weeks we want to get the best start possible so be consistent and we'll help you hold yourself accountable for your journey with weekly check-ins and 24/7 support.

Regular progression checks

After four weeks of hard work you'll be starting to feel one step closer to achieving your goals. We promise by week four you'll have a changed perspective and will look back at how far you've come already.

The progress doesn't stop there, it only gets better! We love to carry on supporting your fitness journey to keep you on track and provide that friendly face that you need some days.
